With over 25 years of Property Management experience. Monica has a passion for property management and she takes pride in providing the highest quality of customer service and care.

Monica previously managed the residences at the Ritz-Carlton in Grand Cayman, including the Deck House, a large portfolio worth in excess of 4.5 Million for 4 years. Monica obtained her CAM (Condominium Association Management) license in Florida, during her time in the US she was responsible for and managed over 384 residential units in the Homestead Area, near Key West.

Monica is a licensed Ceriba Real Estate Agent with 1503 Property Group and is available to assist you with all your Real Estate needs.
